Jason Beetz (Head Herdsman)

Jason Beetz is the head farmer, milker and herdsman of Ocean Song Farm. His interest is in grass farming and expanding the usefulness of this herd of animals.

Jen Holloman

Jen Holloman is the lunatic who started this farm.  She visited a commercial farm with her friend Mary Liebau, also a farmer, and was inspired to say so long city life and look at changing her entire life to become a farmer. Long story short- the goat herd that she started with are now the carbon free mowers in residence at the Long Pasture. After three years of slugging away, there is progress being made.

Stephen Skelton (Farm hand Extraordinaire)

Stephen grew up around Boston, Massachusetts with not much knowledge about the inner workings of the farm world and agriculture. He moved to Cape Cod in 1987 and has worked in restaurants here since 1992. He attended Johnson and Wales Culinary school where he learned how to be the talented chef he is today. He wants to make a deeper connection to the food that he creates by understanding where the food chain begins. This fall he was flung into the world of animal husbandry when he connected with Jen and her husband, Jay. He has been learning how to manage a small milking herd and grass fed meat operation. Some day he would like to own a "farmhouse" restaurant when he "retires."
